From FL-19 N/Howey Rd Take the US-27 N ramp to Leesburg/Clermont. Keep left at the fork, following signs for US 27 S and turn left onto US-27 S. Turn right onto Alligator Alley. Turn left to stay on Alligator Alley. Take the 2nd right toward Alligator Alley and turn left onto Alligator Alley. Take the 1st right to stay on Alligator Alley and turn left onto US-27N. Destination will be on the right.
From Florida’s Turnpike. Take exit 285 and drive to US-27N. Turn right onto Alligator Alley and then turn left to stay on Alligator Alley. Take the 2nd right toward Alligator Alley and turn left onto Alligator Alley. Take the 1st right to stay on Alligator Alley. Turn left onto US-27N
