CPR Training for Life Guards and Water Sports

Working around water requires constant awareness and quick action. When every second matters, being properly trained can save a life. In-Pulse CPR provides American Heart Association–approved CPR and First Aid certification designed specifically for lifeguards, swim instructors, aquatic center staff, and water sports professionals.

For most aquatic professionals, the Heartsaver CPR AED certification is the ideal choice. For broader emergency preparedness, we recommend adding First Aid training, which covers injury and medical response both in and out of the water.

Hands-On, Confidence-Building Training

Our classes are interactive, engaging, and designed to build confidence as well as competence. Training includes CPR for adults, children, and infants, choking response, and AED operation—along with skill testing for certification.

First Aid Topics Include

  • Soft tissue, bone, and muscle injuries

  • Water-related and environmental emergencies

  • Allergic reactions and EpiPen use

  • Diabetic and sudden medical emergencies

Flexible On-Site Group Training

We offer private, on-site CPR and First Aid classes for groups of five or more—perfect for aquatic centers, pool facilities, water parks, or recreation programs. Classes are available Monday through Friday, typically lasting 3½ to 5 hours, and can be scheduled at times convenient to your operation.

Our training meets or exceeds OSHA and state safety requirements for aquatic and recreational facilities, helping ensure your team is ready to respond quickly and effectively when it counts.
