Instructor was efficient, answered questions well, kept a non-threatening learning environment. She taught in chunks, so we didn't have to learn too much before implementing it. That was good, but it would've been helpful to preview SOME content (such as hand position and depth for compressions) so we knew that would be covered. Without that, previous learning became uncertain. Maybe the positioning and depth changed? Then I'd know a future chunk of information would come. At the beginning of class, she asked how many were re-certifying or if this was their first CPR class. Only ONE person was not re-certifying. I think that made a difference in how to approach the students. Otherwise, it was a fast, enjoyable class, and I'll continue to renew through InPulse.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are your West Pasco classrooms located?
We offer two convenient training hubs in the area. Our US-19 location is at the Fairfield Inn, ideally situated for those in the Gulf Harbors and downtown Main Street districts. Our second location is on Ridge Road near Little Road, providing a “straight-shot” commute for healthcare staff coming from Trinity, Starkey Ranch, or Moon Lake.

How long is the local BLS or CPR class?
Most sessions run 3–3.5 hours. We utilize high-fidelity feedback manikins to ensure you master your skills efficiently so you can get back to your clinical rotation or shift at Morton Plant North Bay or HCA Florida Trinity.

Is this official American Heart Association (AHA) certification?
Yes. Every course taught at our Coastal Pasco sites uses the official 2026 AHA curriculum. These cards are the gold standard for PHSC students and employees within the BayCare and HCA networks.

How quickly will I receive my eCard?
In most cases, your electronic certification is issued the same day. This is vital for Pasco County Schools employees or Rasmussen nursing students who need to meet immediate compliance deadlines.

What do I need to bring to our Pasco classroom?
Just a valid photo ID. We provide all professional training equipment and your required AHA student workbook at no extra cost to you.

Do I need prior medical experience to join?
Not at all. Whether you are a resident of Seven Springs taking a class for personal safety or a Keiser University student preparing for clinicals, we welcome all skill levels.

Need training for your staff?
We offer onsite CPR & BLS classes for groups.
