Great class. Great teacher. The instructor was friendly and knowledgeable. He didn’t rush through everything. He took the time to answer every question and make sure that every student felt competent and confident before they walked out the door. I’ve taken CPR a few times before but I never felt truly confident that, in life or death situation, I would be able to do what it took to save a life. Mr. Rob didn’t hold anything back. He made us aware of the real life circumstances that come with saving a life. He didn’t sugar coat it. Because of that, I feel like I truly know (as much as one can) what to expect and what to prepare for, when doing CPR. I no longer worry that something unexpected might happen- I may see, hear, feel, smell or experience something frightening or intense- that shakes my confidence, in the moment when I need it most. I’d recommend this course to anyone who knows other humans; I’d highly recommend it to anyone who spends time around people they love and would want to do their best to keep safe.

Great CPR class. Mike was clear and helpful with any questions. Came here to recertify my BLS, so another nice thing was that the class didn’t go on for too long. =)

Mike was absolutely wonderful. He broke things down so well with his instructions that I was able to visualize myself doing the steps of CPR or helping a chocking victim, or using a AED if I had to do it. His teaching style was very effective for me.

Rob was an excellent instructor and talked about real life scenarios that made me feel confident if I have to perform CPR.

The teacher, Terry, was knowledgeable in both the theory and skills. I had adequate time to practice each skill. There are some changes in the way some skills are performed now and those changes were discussed and practiced.
