[American Heart BLS Instructor Renewal]

This Course is for those Renewing their Instructor Certification  with TC In-Pulse CPR, Inc.

This course is taught by AHA TCF/TCC Mollie Bowman.

-A half Day (4-hour) Training Session
-2 Year AHA Instructor certification upon completion of course and follow-up steps.

Here is what is needed in order to renew:

1. Before the Renewal class, submit the following:
   a.  Request and submit the renewal form via:  christina@inpulsecpr.com
   b.  Confirm 4 or more classes have been taught during your two years.
   (listed on the attached form and rosters already emailed in to christina@inpulsecpr.com)
   c.  Confirm the date that you were monitored.
   (if not yet monitored during this certification, send date options/time/location for us to schedule a Faculty member to attend.)

 

      2.  Attend this ½ day renewal course.

It will be Monday, June 1st 8:30-12:30 in Wesley Chapel.
The next two will be later this summer (date/location tbc) and fall (date/location tbc)
If you cannot attend this session and are in compliance with the rest and email Christina, you’re instructor status will be extended until the next course date.

During the class

You will be tested again: the BLS exam, the Instructor exam, Skills testing, and instructing.
You must pass the BLS exam with at least a 92% or you will be required to take the full Instructor course again.

Once registered, email Christina for your list of options for the instructing portion.

 

1. Following the class:

Pay the alignment fee ($100) to cover the next two years.  https://inpulsecpr.com/paynow    $100 per person

You will need to be monitored again ($80 fee) within the first 6 months of your new Instructor card issue date.
