This central location provides easy, “no-highway” access for healthcare students from Seminole and Belleair, and is less than 2 miles from the HCA Florida Largo Hospital campus—making it the ideal stop for nurses and doctors heading into a shift.

How long is the in-person class?
Most sessions run 3–3.5 hours. We focus on hands-on practice with high-fidelity feedback manikins to ensure you are confident in your life-saving skills before you head back out to the East Bay Drive or US-19 corridors.

Is this course an official American Heart Association (AHA) certification?
Yes. All classes at our Central County hub use the official 2026 AHA curriculum. This certification is recognized by BayCare (Morton Plant), VA Bay Pines, and HCA Florida systems.

How quickly will I receive my eCard?
Electronic AHA eCards are typically issued the same day you complete your training. This allows for immediate submission to Pinellas County Schools or clinical portals at SPC Health Education Center.

What do I need to bring to the classroom?
A valid photo ID is required for verification. We provide all professional equipment, including AED trainers and your AHA student workbook, at our local Mid-Pinellas classroom.
