How does scheduling work?
Once you share your availability, we coordinate with our instructors and lock in a date and time that works best for your team.
What if we need to reschedule?
No problem. We ask for at least 7 days’ notice. Changes made within 7 days may be subject to a 10% rescheduling fee.
What if our student count increases?
We can usually accommodate extra students. Let us know as early as you can so we come prepared for the extra students.
What do we need to provide for onsite training?
A classroom-style space works best, along with enough open floor area for hands-on practice with manikins.
What if our space isn’t large enough?
We can secure a nearby training location through our network of classrooms. If there is a rental cost then that would be added to the training fee.
Do you provide all equipment and supplies?
Yes. We bring everything needed, including manikins, AED trainers, and course materials. Your team just needs to show up ready to participate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and company checks. An invoice is sent after the training is completed.
Do you offer a Compliance Guarantee?
Absolutely. We stand behind every certification we issue. If there is ever a compliance issue with one of our courses, we’ll make it right or refund you in full. Rejections are extremely rare across our 15+ year history of teaching over 150,000 students.

In-Pulse CPR equipment:
In our CPR certification courses, we use the latest in Prestan CPR manikins that are available. Since we have access to over 200 manikins (adult, child and infant), we can accommodate any size training group.
Theirs?
Trainers in other CPR certification classes might not always use an authentic dummy or manikins, instead using an unrealistic wedge or inflatable. You can trust that the first aid courses at In-Pulse CPR give a much more realistic training experience.

Automated External Defibrillators
In-Pulse CPR equipment:
We have a large selection of the most popular AED trainers in our inventory and can usually match the exact model to your facility’s type of AED.

Theirs?
Many others may have one or two AED models from which to choose. Often models are poor in quality and tough to use and may not even resemble an actual AED.

Onsite and Group CPR Training Across Multiple States
In-Pulse CPR offers onsite CPR and First Aid training directly at your facility for convenience and compliance. Whether you need in-house CPR certification, private group sessions, or corporate safety team training, we bring certified American Heart Association instructors to you. Our programs are ideal for businesses, warehouses, schools, medical offices, government facilities, and first responders seeking to meet OSHA requirements and improve workplace readiness.
We also host public CPR classes at our own training centers for individuals and small teams. Choose the option that fits your schedule—onsite, private, or at our classroom locations.
In-Pulse CPR proudly serves businesses and organizations throughout Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Tennessee, helping companies build safer workplaces through professional CPR, AED, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogen training.
In the workplace CPR and safety training market, companies may also consider large national providers such as American Red Cross Training Services, the National Safety Council, Health & Safety Institute (HSI), Safety Services Company, J. J. Keller, and Cintas, which typically bundle CPR training into broad, standardized safety or compliance programs. In-Pulse CPR is often chosen instead by organizations that value hands-on, instructor-led American Heart Association training, flexible local scheduling, and a dedicated CPR-focused partner rather than a one-size-fits-all national safety vendor.
