Training a Life Can Depend On

Why Train With Us?

Our Story: From a Frustrated Nurse to a Leading CPR Training Provider

For more than 20 years, Mollie Bowman worked as a nurse—and like all healthcare professionals, she was required to renew her CPR certification every two years. After one particularly dull class, she said what many people think:

“That CPR class was more boring than the last one. I know I could teach these classes way better.”

With years of experience training fellow nurses on medical procedures, Mollie realized she could create something better—engaging CPR classes that kept students alert, involved, and confident. So in 2009, with support from her husband Troy, who brought expertise in sales and marketing, In-Pulse CPR was born.

Together, they transformed the way CPR classes were taught.

Today, In-Pulse CPR is the largest American Heart Association training provider in Minneapolis and continues expanding rapidly in Tampa, Philadelphia, and several surrounding communities. The company now trains over 1,000 students every month in life-saving CPR skills.

They didn’t do it alone. In-Pulse CPR has grown to more than 40 certified instructors, each modeling Mollie’s passion for teaching and her interactive approach to learning.

No more boring CPR classes—ever.

“Learning CPR in a fun and interactive way makes all the difference!” says Troy.

In-Pulse CPR has proven that CPR training can be effective, enjoyable, and unforgettable.

Why We Do What We Do

The heart of our mission became clear after a call from a mother whose daughter had just completed one of our CPR certification classes. She wasn’t calling with a complaint—she was calling because her daughter couldn’t stop talking about how good the class was. She said she had never taken a course that was so engaging or confidence-building.

Shortly after, another past student phoned to tell us our CPR course was “the best by far” after taking classes with several other organizations. A week later, she called again—this time with a different message. She had used what she learned in class to help a drowning victim. She was able to act quickly, confidently, and effectively.

Moments like these remind us why we teach.

Our instructors are dedicated, experienced, and truly care about helping people learn life-saving skills. With a wide variety of CPR, AED, and First Aid classes held every month, we make training accessible, engaging, and meaningful.

Request posters and other marketing materials for our classes.
